Hummus is a favorite go-to dip that is easy to make and has a mouthwatering flavor. This plant-based, gluten-free party dip makes an amazing pair with Beanfields Chips!
1 can (15 oz.) of chickpeas/ garbanzo beans
2 TBSP lemon juice
1 TBSP tahini
1 tsp paprika
1 small garlic clove, minced
2 TBSP olive oil
2 TBSP water
Salt to taste
1. Drain the chickpeas in a strainer. Rinse with cold water.
2. Add all ingredients to food processor. Process between 45 to 60 seconds, or until your hummus reaches desired consistency. Add more water if necessary, 1 teaspoon at a time.
3. Place in bowl and serve with your favorite flavor of Beanfields Chips! We recommend Sea Salt, Unsalted, Salt & Pepper or Ranch.
